Great grab Dan! I believe Randy was using a Danelectro on the back pickup through a Jorden Bosstone fuzz for the solo on I Got a Line on You. I got pretty close on that solo using the back pickup on a Strat through a Voodoo Lab Superfuzz.
Chris Slade (The Firm/AC/DC) was another, and there was a UK hard rock band called Thunder who had a bald dude behind the skins. Drawing a blank beyond that!

This made my mind drift to other bands that had bald drummers before it was fashionable to be hairless in rock and roll.
Only April Wine came to mind.

I know the torture of trying to place a loose guitar solo. They do bounce through musically obsessed brains in an « Atomic » manner!!
